In the unlikely event that you should wish to make a complaint for what ever reason in the first instance we would request that you make any formal complaint directly to us by email.

Complete customer satisfaction is paramount to us and our company ethics. We take any complaint so seriously that your form is sent directly to our Head of Customer Care to deal with personally. Alternatively you can post your complaint to
