First up today comes from Autocar who report on spying the new BMW M8 in testing. The upmarket coupe is scheduled for the market in late 2019, and will boast a twin turbo V8 engine providing up to 600 bhp. The new 8 Series model is designed to compete with the Aston Martin Rapide, Bentley Continental GT and Mercedes-AMG S63 Coup. 

It is reported in AM Online that the used car market is predicted to see a record year as demand has been seen at unprecedented levels in 2016.

AutoExpress have revealed the shortlist for the 2017 World Car of Year. Models on the shortlist include the Jaguar F-Pace, Audi Q5, Honda Civic, Fiat 124 Spider and Seat Ateca.

Finally, Autocar has released a new guide into Vehicle Excise Duty on vehicles. The guide shows you how the new rules in 2017 will change how much you pay for RFL.
