The first headline today comes from Autocar who are reporting Kia will have 14 alternative fuel cars in the market by 2020 including Electric Vehicles, Hybrids, Hybrid Plug-ins and fuel cell models. 


MotorTrader.com are reporting that after the recent reassessment of business rates in the UK motor dealers can expect an average rise of up to 16% from the current ratings when the new values come into force in April 2017.


The results of a survey by London School of Economics and Goodyear of UK drivers show that 55% would not be comfortable sharing the road with autonomous vehicles. - AM Online

report that thousands of drivers are being prevented from using their vehicle again by the DVLA, despite being deemed medically fit to drive again. The conclusion comes from a report by the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman.
