The New Skoda Rapid Spaceback

Skoda have set the ball rolling with the official release of the new Skoda Rapid Spaceback as the Volkswagen owned firm looks to expand the current range of models.

Skoda have a number of successful models in the form of the Fabia, Octavia, Rapid and the Yeti. Skoda plan to build on the success of these models by adding a number of variants to the range, with the first being the new Skoda Rapid Spaceback model. The next model to be updated and released is the all new Yeti model.

Skoda have also put plans into place to build a seven seater sport inspired SUV which will become the slightly less expensive version of a Range Rover Evoque. The gap in the market for a less expensive seven seater SUV model seems to be one where there will be a considerable amount of demand and if completed correctly could pose the likes of the Range Rover a serious threat.

The new Fabia Supermini model will be the next model after the Yeti to be released and is set for the market in the early stages of 2014. The Skoda firm have now changed all previous perceptions of the brand and can now proudly be associated with the terms reliable and quality. Since becoming a part of the Volkswagen Group, Skoda has gone from strength to strength as customers and potential customers a like have admitted to purchasing a Skoda model due to the level of technology fitted on the car for so little price. The Czech manufacturer has picked up a reputation for building such quality models and offering such a wide range of discounts.

The Volkswagen Group have given a reputation of quality and technology to the likes of Seat and Skoda as they are well known for introducing new technology and features to the likes of a Seat model before officially fitting the technology on the likes of a Volkswagen Golf model.
