Turmoil at Toyota   Steering wheel and water pump system failures have forced Toyota to issue a recall for a massive 75,000 vehicles in the UK and a massive 2.7 million vehicles worldwide.   The steering failure is said to be affecting the Avensis and Corolla models that were produced in the period between July 2001 and March 2009. Chery Jaguar Land Rover Automotive Company Ltd   Jaguar Land Rover, who are currently owned by India’s Tata Motors have partnered with the Chinese automaker Chery which has allowed them to manufacturer Jaguar Land Rover models. The deal signed today on the 19thNovember is said to be worth up to £1.1 billion.   The partnership comes as the result of the significant rise of Jaguar Land Rover models in the booming Chinese market.
