The latest news for the MK3 MINI has been revealed and the car is due on sale in 2014.  The model is expected to be launched in November of this year at the Los Angeles Motor Show, ahead of it's official release date next year.  There could be thousands of used cars forced off the roads, according to a new study by CAP, the vehicle data expert. It has been unveilved that apparently, the cost of taxing some seven year old vehicles, actually comes to a third of their total value.   CAP has said that the problem is likely to have started from changed to the VED, Vehicle Exercise Duty bands, which were introduced in 2006 to penalise vehicles that produced higher levels of CO2. General Motors have announced that it has been given the go ahead by the Chinese government to build a $1.3 billion Cadillac plant. The Chinese government had delayed the decision for several months until it was fully satisfied with General Motors plans. The decision is seen as a major boost for General Motors, who have been keen to expand its presence in the Chinese luxury car market, which is currently German dominated by Audi and BMW. The new Alfa Romeo 4C is scheduled to be released in August of this year. The Sports car will weigh in at just 895 kg, which is only 20kg more than a Lotus Elise, when it arrives in our UK showrooms this August. The first production Ford Focus electric has come off the production line in Germany. Suzuki to Launch Nissan Juke Rival?   Suzuki have recently announced that they will be producing a compact crossover model to rival the likes of the Nissan Juke by 2015. New Diesel Engine for the Nissan Juke   Nissan announce a new and upgraded 1.5 litre dCi diesel engine to the successful Nissan Juke range.
