Renault's low cost subsidiary brand, Dacia, has been confirmed as the fastest growing car brand ever to hit the UK and it is now planning to build on this success by launching their cheapest ever model. German brand, Mini, have decided to delay the deliveries of the new Mini Cooper D due to the fact that it's diesel engine has developed noise problems on the test models.
