We take any complaint so seriously that your form is sent directly to our Head of Customer Care to deal with personally. If possible clearly state your full name and address and where applicable a brief outline of your complaint.

We will then respond to you within 7 days with either a full and final response or a reason as to why we may need more time to investigate your complaint along with a viable timescale in which we anticipate the investigation to be concluded.

If Aequitas Automotive Limited are unable to settle and resolve your complaint in a satisfactory manner, you may have the right to refer the matter further to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
