Complaints Procedure for Aequitas Automotive Limited trading as

We take all feedback as constructive and look forward to your comments.


In the unlikely event that you wish to make a complaint, in the first instance we would request that you make any formal complaint directly to us by email at 


We take any complaint so seriously that your form is sent directly to our Head of Customer Care to deal with personally. If possible clearly state your full name and address and where applicable a brief outline of your complaint.

We will then we respond to you within 7 days. With either a full and final response or a reason as to why we may need more time to investigation your complaint along with a viable timescale in which we anticipate the investigation to be concluded.
